Refunds due to disruption
If your train was cancelled or delayed and you chose not to travel and your tickets are wholly unused (not been collected), we may be able to offer you a refund. We may require you to send us the evidence of the disruption in order to process your refund.
Please do not proceed with this form if:
You were delayed getting into your destination due to cancelled / disrupted services, you may be entitled to delay compensation, but you need to contact the Train Operating Company directly to make a claim. If you are unsure which train company you travelled with please refer to your itinerary in the confirmation email.
Automatic refunds made through this website may be subject to an administration fee.
